Joel 2:26 Ruth's Garden is maintained by members of Broadus Baptist Church in Concord North Carolina. Once the produce is harvested, it will be distributed throughout the community, free of charge. The purpose of Ruth's garden is to teach our youth how to live off the land, at the same time teaching them about being a cheerful giver. ( So let each one give as he purposes in his heart, not grudgingly or of necessity; for God loves a cheerful giver. 2 Cor. 9:7) |

| Planting has begun for the 2012! We will be meeting at least every Tuesday around 5pm if you would like to join us. Volunteers to help water and weed the garden are greatly appreciated. If you or someone you know could use a vegetable basket please contact Joni Hinson at Jonihylton@yahoo.com |
