Dear Broadus Family,

In the book of Psalms 69:3, David writes these words, "I am weary of my crying: my throat is dried: mine eyes fail
while I wait for my God".  One of the hardest things in the world to, if you're born again, is to wait on God.  Wait on Him
to do the thing you're crying out for.

David said he cried so much when waiting on God to answer him, he grew weary of it. Have we even sought God
about a matter to the point of crying over it? Much less crying so much that you would be weary of crying anymore. He
said he cried to the point that his throat had dried up. Do we even understand this by experience? Have we been there?
Have we really prayed that much for a situation that's bothering us? Have our eyes almost matted shut because we've
prayed and cried so much about a matter that concerns us, when seeking the Lord about it?

My concern is that we don't pray like this, much less wait on Him to bring the answer to pass. Waiting is so hard for
most folks, especially in the USA. High speed Internet, road-runner service, call-waiting, blackberries, facebook, fast food,
Drive-dru service, call ahead service to bypass the lines: all of these make it hard to believe we can really wait on God
for an answer that He will send in
HIS TIME! Does this speak to you and your life? What will you commit to do about it?

The altar calls this past month have been full of folks seeking the Lord for various things. Please pray with me and
agree with me that the Lord will continue to do a might work during our services.

Stay faithful to all He is and desires for you. I'll see you at His House!

                                                                                     I love you,
